Yowgurrabah Numinbah Valley Adventure Trails / Camping

The 2500 acre Numinbah Valley Property is best known for its horse riding.  But what many people don’t realize is that it also offers great bush camping.

The property has two camp sites:

Flying Fox Campsite:

Unable to be seen from the main road.

The campsites are located at least 10 meters from the running creek and are separated by shrub. Lots of little shallow rockpools to relax in. Access to the creek is easier in some spots. The main one seemed to be next to F9b and F6 (Diagram Below).

We camped under the large tree at F8. The tree provided lots of shade and had the biggest fire pit. It was close to the creek and the waterhole (waterhole: around 25m away from F12).

F6 to F1 had lots of grass. Perfect for kids to play on bikes, have a game of football or cricket. The grass was freshly mowed on our arrival.

We stayed during school holidays and shared the place with no more than four other campers.
